Lee Latchford Evans

Steps into a Happy Panto Ending!

Brit-award winners Steps are the UK’s most successful mixed gender group. Along with number one albums, top five singles, over 22 million record sales and sell-out arena tours, Steps made history by becoming the first British mixed gender group to achieve a number one hit in four consecutive decades. Later this year, the eagerly anticipated Steps musical Here and Now, opens in Birmingham to sold-out audiences.

Making up one fifth of Steps is Lee Latchford-Evans. The singer, actor and fitness instructor will be stepping into pantomime this Christmas to appear as the hero in Jack and the Beanstalk at Watersmeet Theatre in Rickmansworth.

Lee is no stranger to theatre, having starred in the West End production of Grease. On TV, he has appeared in The Games, Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, Totally Boyband, The Match, Celebrity Mastermind, and he won the SAS style competition Commando VIP.

Lee’s big screen appearances include the thriller Ten Dead Men and Cash and Curry.

This will be chart-topper Lee’s 13th professional pantomime, and his second time starring in panto at the Rickmansworth venue. With tickets for Jack and the Beanstalk proving to be extremely popular, people are encouraged to book soon and avoid the tragedy of missing Hertfordshire’s steptacular panto with a happy ending from 6-31 December!
