Junior panto dance auditions
Sunday 7 July or Sunday 14 July 2024
Auditions for Watersmeet's junior panto teams will be held at Three Rivers District Council, Three Rivers House, Northway, Rickmansworth WD3 1RL.
WATERSMEET THEATRE WILL BE YOUR DROP OFF / PICK UP POINT PRIOR TO AND AT THE END OF THE AUDITION.
Timings
Registration: 9.30am
Auditions - 10am- 12 noon
REQUIREMENTS
Junior dancers aged up to 12 years old on the date of the audition and no younger than 9 years old on the first day of rehearsals.
You must meet the following criteria:
- Maximum height 4'11''.
- A minimum of Grade 1 standard in ISTD (or equivalent) modern, ballet and tap.
- All successful dancers must be available for the entirety of the rehearsal/show period and may be required to rehearse over two weekends prior to full rehearsal.
- School and home must be within 30 minutes travelling distance of the theatre.
- Every child needs a female relative over 21 years, who is willing to obtain a chaperone's licence and chaperone shows on a rota basis, for the duration of the show.
- Children auditioning must be accompanied by their own parent. If accompanied by another adult the child must have a pre-signed consent from obtainable from fwatson07050@yahoo.co.uk.
